How To Submit A Purchase Order
 

To submit a purchase order download our purchase order form and credit application form. Both forms are in .pdf format.

Once you've complete and signed the forms, please either fax them to (877) 888-7632, or send them via US postal mail to:

Purchase Order Terms and Conditions

We'll be happy to accept your purchase order. Applicants must be must be qualified corporate, non-profit, government or educational organizations that pass a credit review by homeloft Incorporated. We will only accept purchase orders via postal mail, or fax, and they must be signed, specify the shipping and billing addresses, preferred shipping method, product prices, shipping, handling, and taxes (if taxes apply). Please fax your purchase order to (877) 888-7632.

Other pertinent terms and conditions apply:

  • » Payment terms are Net 30.
  • » Products on the purchase order will only ship to US destinations.
  • » Purchase orders will only be accepted via US mail, or by fax at (877) 888-7632.
  • » Qualified signature is required.


All purchase orders are subject to approval and can only be accepted if you agree to these terms and conditions.
